The Master of Accounting degree is a 33-hour program of study with three
concentrations specifically designed for individuals interested in pursuing a
career as a CPA, changing careers, or seeking to enhance their professional
qualifications. Students who have an undergraduate degree in accounting
should pursue the advanced or tax concentration. Students with an
undergraduate degree in other disciplines (e.g. finance, human relations,
history, or English) should pursue the professional concentration. Our
graduates are highly marketable and enjoy rewarding careers in accounting
and accounting-related fields in CPA firms, corporations, governmental
agencies, and non-profit organizations.
